Liz’s work focuses on using media to create measurable impact and systemic change. She is the former Director of Conservation Media Group, where she designed the Catalyst Workshops to train and connect filmmakers and activists. As a communications director aboard research vessels in the Pacific, Caribbean, and Mediterranean, she’s explored 2,000-year-old shipwrecks, searched for Amelia Earhart, and helped bring live deep sea exploration into classrooms. She started her career as an Astrophysics TV Producer at NASA, and has been a Fulbright Specialist in science communications. She holds an MFA in Science and Natural History Filmmaking and a BA in Astronomy.
