Barbara Kyle is The Redford Center’s Finance Manager, where she oversees financial and HR functions and helps create systems and processes to support the Center’s growing programs.
Barbara brings over 30 years of nonprofit experience to this role, both as a financial/operations manager and as a campaigner and advocate. She has worked with environmental, community, legal services, education, and labor organizations. Prior to the Redford Center, Barbara was the Director of Finance and Operations for an international social enterprise incubator and impact investment NGO called NESsT. She spent 11 years leading the Electronics TakeBack Coalition, a national coalition promoting sustainability and responsible recycling in the electronics industry. She has also worked for the Service Employees International Union, the California Labor Federation, and UC Berkeley.
