In fall 2020, amidst a public health crisis exacerbated by environmental impacts, with demands for social change rising, we launched ‘Why We Vote,’ 12 short films on the importance of civic engagement and voter participation. These stories center justice-first reasons to vote and address systemic barriers, voter suppression, disenfranchisement, and access.
